Office Tax Services is established
Cristina Hass opens the practice in San Diego with tax preparation, business formation, bookkeeping and payroll from day one, in English and Portuguese.
- 2017
IRS Certifying Acceptance Agent
Authorized by the IRS to certify identity documents for ITIN applications, so passports never leave our clients' hands.
- 2018
A physical office
The practice moves into its own office as the client base outgrows working from one desk.
- 2020
More than 500 clients served
Word of mouth in the Brazilian and immigrant community takes the practice past 500 clients served.
- 2021
Better systems, growing team
A new tax workflow is implemented for faster, clearer service, and Marcella joins the team.
- 2022
Best year yet
The firm reaches its highest revenue year to date, and Moe joins as part of the accounting team.
- 2023
A 100% virtual firm
We close the San Diego office and become a fully virtual firm, reaching 1,300 active clients. Olavo and Caroline join to keep every answer coming back the same business day.

Everything on one portal
Documents, filings and messages move onto one secure client portal, serving clients in every U.S. state except New York and New Jersey. Naate Nielle joins the team.
